Hold a swizzle stick over the bowl of chocolate and using a spoon, coat the stick evenly with chocolate. At that point, just keep stirring and the chips should melt completely as you stir. Keep heating and stirring in 30 second increments, until the chips are just about melted, but you still see a few small lumps. Drizzle vegetable oil over the chips and stir to coat. Place the chocolate chips in a microwavable bowl.

You want the bead to fit very tightly, you should have to push hard to get it on. Some of my beads fit right on, some did not. Check to see if a bead will fit onto the end of the dowel.
